15 to 20 min walk away from everything. 70m from nearest ski lift. Bus stop 40m ... lovely hotell in overall. Bit old but with soul and that matters!

We spent two nights here on holiday and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to the shops. As for the room, it was excellent and very comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others going for a holiday in Livigno.

Very friendly. Nice view over the valley, over Livigno and into the mountains. We were allowed to park our motorbikes into the garage even it was used as a workshop at the moment. Very good dinner for a favourite price.
The room we were originally assigned to was a bit too small for a couple with a young kid and did not have a balcony, unlike the photo that was attached to our original booking confirmation. However, when we asked if a change was possible they moved us into a very comfortable, spacious and newly decorated room with a balcony that we loved. The staff of the hotel is helpful, patient and always kind - even with a screaming kid. The food is truly good, being able to dine there was a bonus for us.
